Detoxifying Bath Salt

With all that life throws at us, it is important to flush out toxins and negative energy. Salt baths are ancient forms of detoxification. It's also great to de-stress. Sea salt and Epsom salt naturally pull toxins from the body. Adding the essential oils for aromatherapy increases the healing ability of the process. The key is to hydrate with water before and after your bath or foot soak.

Directions:
1. Prepping: Before detoxing, be sure to hydrate by drinking plenty of water. If possible, drink water during the detoxing soak. After getting out of the bath, drink plenty of water to re-hydrate and flush out the toxins.

2. Scoop 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of B.O.S.S. Lady Detoxifying Bath Salt to a hot bath. You can use a minimum of 1/4 cup if you detox regularly for maintenance. It is up to you and your experience.

3. Sink shoulders deep into the water and relax for at least 20 minutes to begin the detox process. The longer you are in, the more you will detox and absorb the minerals from the Himalayan Sea Salt and Epsom Salt.

4. The aroma from the Essential oils will promote a tranquil environment and encourage internal healing, so relax. Play soft relaxing music, and be prepared to rest 20 to 30 minutes after the bath as you are still detoxing.

5. After your bath, be careful getting out of the tub. Moisturize with the B.O.S.S. Lady Body Butter is free of chemicals and dyes. It is important not to use products with toxic ingredients. Relax and drink plenty of water.

Foot Soak Directions:
1.Add to the tub or a foot bath.
2.For a foot bath, use 2-3 tablespoons.
3.Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes. Refer back to bath instructions.

Directions:
